Hey! My name is Briána and I am currently living in a tiny town in the United States that nobody ever hears about and I am working as a Mental Health Counselor.
First things first… I have a habit of doing A LOT of research. If I do not know much about an idea or concept, you bet I will be scouring the internet to find what I need!

- Understanding therapeutic techniques
- Learning how to better understand people
- Figuring out how the brain works
I enjoy traveling the country during my university breaks and camping at unique locations such as the Grand Teton Mountains and Arches National Park. I love writing about my experiences and ideas during my travels.
Aside from traveling, my true passion is for mental health. I strive to find new and unique ways to help individuals struggling with their mental health to create a life they love and feel safe in. It is my goal to write captivating content that informs the reader about reasons why something could be happening, how and where to get help, and how to better understand the symptoms they are experiencing.
Creating content that informs, stimulates, and creates hope is my greatest goal in writing. I hope to be able to help someone find the information they need and I am excited to create this content!
